Writer’s Quotes Wednesday

I’ve been thinking about what kind of quote I would come up with today. I wanted something that would inspire positivity, and create love, and leave me feel self assured. This quote from my beloved Mama came to mind that originally came from Amanda Vivian Austin’s autograph journal circa April. 1889. I can still hear her voice echoing in my mind. ❤️

As I read this quote, it sounded like something a mom would say and I loved it instantly. Especially the last part…still laughing over it. Reminds me of my auntie.

Update: I just found out today that my beloved Mama was not the originator of this lovely quote! She had always said it to me no matter what heartache I was going through. So I found it elsewhere and did some research and it belongs to a women named Amanda Vivian Austin. This quote was originally seen in her autograph book in April.1889. Unfortunately I’m unable to share the picture as it’s subject to copyright and I’m unable to read the original quotes signature. Still it’s beautiful advice I still follow centuries later. ?
